Each of our tenants has 24 hour access to their storage unit.
Do I have to store long-term?
Of course not. We offer flexible and affordable month-to-month leases.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid form of iD (e.g. driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, or student ID).
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Call us to speak with a storage expert or use an online storage calculator. Be sure to have a list of everything that you plan to store.
Do you offer vehicle parking?
We offer a variety of parking space sizes for RVs, cars, and boats.
When is my storage bill due?
Rent is prepaid monthly and due on the same day you signed up every month.
How do I make payments?
Pay your storage bill in person, by mall, online, or sign up for autopay and your bill will be deducted from a checking or savings account. We accept all major credit cards including Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Provide your own lock or purchase one of our quality locks in our management office.
Who has access to my storage unit?
Only you have access to your storage unit by entering your individual code into the gate keypad. Our facility is under video surveillance and fully enclosed so we’re able to see who comes and goes to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. Always report any suspicious activity!
Do you offer truck rentals?
We are an authorized agent for Penske Truck Leasing. Rentals are always available at low prices!
What types of units are offered?
We offer both climate and non-climate controlled storage units.
Am I able to purchase moving supplies?
Purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, furniture and mattress covers, locks, and much more at the office.
