heating and air conditioning which maintains the temperature and humidity
in each unit year round.
Climate controlled storage units should be considered if you are storing
furniture, electronics, clothing, photographs, important documentation,
etc.
Non-Climate Storage:
While our non-climate storage units do not have central heating
and air conditioning, each unit does have six inches of insulation.
These units are auto accessible allowing the convenience of unloading
directly into the unit.
Non-climate storage should be considered if you are storing items
that are not sensitive to extreme heat, cold, or humidity changes.
